How much is booth rental at Kija Hair Salon?
A hair station is $250 per week and a nail station is $225 per week. New renters get their first two weeks completely free — no rent at all while you move in and settle. There are no hidden fees, and you keep 100% of what you earn.
What’s included with a station rental?
Your own professional station with drawers for your tools, access to two shampoo bowls, and a comfortable client waiting area — in a clean, modern salon in a high-traffic Irvine plaza with ample parking. Towels are supplied and laundered, and shampoo and conditioner are stocked at the bowl, so there is no backbar to buy. You bring your own tools and professional products.
Who can rent a station?
Licensed cosmetologists and nail technicians. This is an independent rental — you set your own schedule, prices, and service menu, and run your business your way.
Where is the salon located?
Kija Hair Salon is at 13925 Yale Avenue, Suite 150, Irvine, CA 92620 — a high-traffic plaza in the 92620 area with ample general parking and easy freeway access.
Is this booth rental or an employment position?
It’s an independent booth rental, not employment. You operate your own business and we provide the space. Rentals are week-to-week, with a deposit of one week’s rent and 30 days’ written notice to end it. There is a short written agreement and no non-compete — we send it to you to read in full before you commit to anything.
