Do I need an account to book salon services?
No account is required. Please call (949) 551-6693 during business hours (Tue–Sat, 9 AM–5 PM) to book.
Do I need an account to shop online?
No — you can check out as a guest. Creating an account lets you track orders and save your details for faster checkout.
Salon Services
What services do you offer?
We offer women's and men's haircuts, hair color and highlights, blowouts and styling, keratin smoothing, makeup and permanent makeup, and bridal & special-event services. Our private-room stylist also offers extensions, Brazilian blowouts, and threading & waxing. Facials are available from an independent skincare specialist, and barber services are offered separately at book online.
Do you offer bridal or special event styling?
Yes. We offer bridal hair & makeup, updos, and special-event styling. Please call (949) 551-6693 to schedule.
How do I book an appointment?

Do you accept walk-ins?
Walk-ins are welcome when available, but appointments are recommended for your preferred time.
Online Orders
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery time depends on your location and shipping method.
Which carriers do you use?
We ship with USPS and UPS (carrier selection depends on package and destination).
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, please contact us immediately and we'll do our best to help.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted for eligible items per our Return Policy. Items must be unused and in original condition.
How do I request a return?
Contact us with your order number and reason for return, and we'll reply with instructions.
Are salon services refundable?
Salon services are not refundable once completed. If there's an issue, please contact us right away so we can make it right.
