We ship with USPS and UPS (carrier selection depends on package and destination).

Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted for eligible items per our Return Policy. Items must be unused and in original condition.

Salon services are not refundable once completed. If there’s an issue, please contact us right away so we can make it right.
