We want you to be completely satisfied with your professional haircare purchase. Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Return Qualifications

To qualify for a refund, your item must meet all of the following:

  • Unopened and unused — seal must be intact
  • In its original professional packaging
  • All original tags or labels attached

How to Initiate a Return

    Review Our team will review your request within 1 business day.

    Ship Once approved, you'll receive a prepaid shipping label via email.

    Refund Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
A flat $6.99 return shipping fee is deducted from your refund. If your item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping is free and you'll be refunded in full.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used haircare products (shampoos, conditioners, treatments)
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the right product is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item you'd like.
