At Kija Hair Salon, we want you to be completely satisfied with your professional haircare purchase. If you wish to return an item, you may do so within 30 days of delivery, provided it meets the criteria below.

Return Qualifications

To qualify for a refund, your item must be:

  • Unopened and unused (seal must be intact)
  • In its original professional packaging
  • With all original tags or labels attached

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Review: Our team will review your request within 1 business day.
  3. Ship: Once approved, you will receive a prepaid shipping label via email.

Note: The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your final refund amount.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used haircare products (shampoos, conditioners, treatments)
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or discounted items

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
