We want you to be completely satisfied with your professional haircare purchase. Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Return Qualifications
To qualify for a refund, your item must meet all of the following:
- Unopened and unused — seal must be intact
- In its original professional packaging
- All original tags or labels attached
How to Initiate a Return

2Review Our team will review your request within 1 business day.

3Ship Once approved, you'll receive a prepaid shipping label via email.

4Refund Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
A flat $6.99 return shipping fee is deducted from your refund. If your item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping is free and you'll be refunded in full.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used haircare products (shampoos, conditioners, treatments)
- Customized or personalized items
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the right product is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item you'd like.
