Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return. We recommend inspecting your order upon receipt and contacting us promptly if there is an issue.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unopened, unworn, and unused
  • In original condition with all tags and original packaging intact
  • No signs of wear, damage, or alteration

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Visit our Contact page to request a return authorization.
  2. Once approved, you will receive a prepaid return label.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, attach the label, and drop it off at any shipping center.
  4. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

We provide a prepaid return label for your convenience. A flat $6.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. No restocking fees apply.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You will be notified once the refund is processed. The time for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery via our Contact page. We will resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the replacement. Your refund will be issued once the return is approved.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items from our Sale collection — all sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange
  • Opened, used, or damaged items
