Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times may vary based on your destination address.
Shipping Rates and Delivery
- Free Shipping: Available on all orders over $55
- Flat Rate Shipping: $6.99 for orders under $55
We ship via UPS and USPS. All orders include tracking so you can follow your delivery from dispatch to arrival. Occasional delays may occur due to carrier operations beyond our control.
Local Pickup
Prefer to pick up in person? Select Local Pickup at checkout. Pickup is available at our salon in Irvine, CA.
Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update. If you did not receive a confirmation, please check your spam folder before reaching out.
Lost Packages
If your package has not arrived, please take the following steps:
- Check around your property and with neighbors.
- Contact the carrier directly — UPS: 1-800-742-5877 | USPS: 1-800-275-8777
- Contact us via our Contact page with your order details.
Lost packages must be reported within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We are not responsible for packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier.
Potential Delivery Delays
Delays may occur due to severe weather, carrier operational issues, or high-demand periods such as major holidays and sale events. We appreciate your patience in these situations.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
We ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Military address shipments may experience longer delivery times. Please ensure your address is complete and accurate at checkout.
Incorrect or Refused Deliveries
Orders with incorrect shipping addresses or that are refused at delivery will be canceled. To receive the items, a new order must be placed. If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately via our Contact page — once an order has shipped, address changes may not be possible and may incur additional fees.
Return Shipping Fee
If a return is approved, a flat $6.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. This applies even if your original order qualified for free shipping. For full return details, see our Return Policy.
Damaged Items
Report any product damage within 7 days of delivery via our Contact page. Please include photos of the damage and retain all original packaging. We will work to resolve your issue promptly.
International Shipping
We currently ship to U.S. addresses only. International shipping is not available at this time.
