Certain products may be available exclusively online and in limited quantities. Returns and exchanges are subject to our Return Policy.

We make every effort to accurately display product images and colors, but we cannot guarantee that your device's display will be accurate. We reserve the right to limit quantities, restrict sales by region, discontinue any product, or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable warranty or right you have under California law, including the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act.

Section 6 - Salon Services and Appointments

Salon and barber services at Kija Hair Salon are performed by independent licensed professionals who set their own schedules, services, and pricing. Appointments are booked directly with each professional.

Prices listed on the Site are starting rates. Final pricing depends on hair length, density, product used, and service complexity, and is confirmed at consultation before service begins.

Results of chemical services, including color, lightening, and smoothing treatments, vary depending on your hair's history and condition. We will advise you of expected results and any limitations during consultation.

You are responsible for disclosing relevant information before a service, including previous chemical treatments, box color or henna use, known allergies, and scalp or skin sensitivities. A patch test is available on request and is recommended before any color service.

Refunds, corrections, and adjustments for services are governed by our Return Policy.

Section 7 - Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order. If an order is changed or cancelled, we will notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.

Section 8 - Gift Cards

Gift cards issued by Kija Hair Salon do not expire and are not subject to any dormancy, inactivity, or service fee, in accordance with California law. Gift cards are redeemable for products and services, are not reloadable, and cannot be returned or refunded. A gift card with a remaining balance of less than ten dollars ($10) may be redeemed for cash on request, as provided by California Civil Code section 1749.5.

Treat gift cards like cash. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

Section 9 - Optional Tools

We may provide access to optional third-party tools on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. Your use of any optional tools is entirely at your own risk. We are not responsible for any harm arising from the use of such tools.

Section 10 - SMS/MMS Mobile Message Marketing Program

We offer an optional mobile messaging program (the "Program") subject to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. By opting in, you agree to receive marketing SMS/MMS messages from us.

1. Opt-In: By participating in the Program, you agree to receive auto-dialed or prerecorded marketing messages at the phone number you provided. Consent is not required to make a purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

2. Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message to opt out of the Program. You may receive one final confirmation message. You may also opt out by emailing support@kijahairsalon.com with the phone number you wish to remove.

3. Program Description: Messages may include promotions, product updates, order and delivery information, and checkout reminders related to Kija Hair Salon's products and services.

These Terms remain in effect until terminated by you or us. You may terminate by discontinuing use of the Site. We may terminate your access at any time if we determine you have violated these Terms. All obligations incurred prior to termination will survive.

Section 22 - Entire Agreement; Governing Law

These Terms, along with any policies or operating rules posted on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Kija Hair Salon regarding your use of the Service. Any failure to exercise a right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
